During the analysis phase, you can at any time collect and answer questions with regards to the scope of the implementation project and which business processes fit or don't fit the customer needs.

Click Business process implementation. 2. Click the Questions tab. 3. Click New. 4. In the Question field, type a value. 5. In the Type field, select an option. 6. Click Edit to enter a more detailed description of the question. Note: If it is the first record on the Questions tab, press Ctrl+S before you click Edit. 7. Close the page. Click Business process implementation. 2. Click the Questions tab. 3. In the list, find and select the desired record. 4. In the list, click the link in the selected row. 5. Expand the Relations section. 6. In the Business process field, enter or select a value. 7. Click Save. 8. Close the page. Create question on scope definition Create question on scope definition During the scope definition, you can create questions on business processes. You can do so, for business processes that are in scope or out of scope. Procedure 1. Click Business process implementation. 2. Click the Scope definition tab. 3. Click Define scope. 4. In the tree, select 'a node'. 5. Click the Questions tab. 6. Click New. 7. In the Question field, type a value. 8. In the Type field, select an option. 9. Usually, you do so for the business processes that you mark as Gap. Procedure 1. Click Business process implementation. 2. Click the Process verification tab. 3. Click Verify processes. 4. In the tree, select 'a node'. 5. Click the Questions tab. 6. Click New. 7. In the Question field, type a value. 8. In the Type field, select an option. 9. Create question on gap analysis Create question on gap analysis During the gap analysis you can create questions on the business processes that are marked as Gap. Procedure 1. Click Business process implementation. 2. Click the Analyze gaps tab. 3. Click Analyze gaps. 4. In the tree, select 'a node'. 5. Click the Questions tab. 6. Click New. 7. In the Question field, type a value. 8. In the Type field, select an option. 9. Click Edit to enter a more detailed description of the question.
