Design the module hierarchy to define what is trained in the module.

You can design the hierarchy of manually created modules and generated modules.
To design the module hierarchy, you can manually add module elements of type:
  • Topic - Use a topic to train, for example, a sub-area or sub-phase in your business processes. Examples: purchase orders or master data.
  • Lesson - Use a lesson to train, for example, a process in your business processes. Examples: the creation of purchase orders or parameter setup.


Standard procedure

1. Click Business process training.
2. On the Modules tab, in the list, find and select the desired module.
3. Click Edit hierarchy.
4. In the tree, select 'a module element'.
5. Click New.
6. On the New tab fill in the fields.
  In the Name field, type a value.
7. Define if you want to add a topic or a lesson to the selected module element.
  In the Type field, select an option.
 

Note: You can only add a module element of type Topic or Lesson to an existing module hierarchy.

8. In the Area field, enter or select a value.
 

Note: The default area is retrieved from the selected module element.

9. In the Description field, enter the topic or lesson text.
10. Click OK.
11. You can link a video to the topic to explain the topic.
  In the Video URI field, type a value.
12. Close the page.
