Set the Work order parameters that apply to using the DynaRent Mobile app.


Standard procedure

1. Go to Work order project planning > Setup > Work order parameters.
2. You can clean up work order line transactions. Only the work order line transactions are deleted that exist longer than the defined number of days.
  In the Clean up transactions after number of days field, enter a number.
3. You can clean up notifications. Only the notifications are deleted that exist longer than the defined number of days.
  In the Clean up notifications after number of days field, enter a number.
4. Define the default reason code that is applied when a business object becomes (un)available due to a status change in the DynaRent Mobile app.
  In the Reason code field, enter or select a value.
5. You can indicate if work order line transactions with status ‘New’ must be deleted during cleanup.
  Select Yes in the Clean up transactions with status 'New' field.
6. You can indicate if work order line transactions with status ‘On hold’ must be deleted during cleanup.
  Select Yes in the Clean up transactions with status 'On hold' field.
7. You can indicate if work order line transactions with status ‘Processed’ must be deleted during cleanup.
  Select Yes in the Clean up transactions with status 'Processed' field.
8. You can indicate if work order line transactions with status ‘Error’ must be deleted during cleanup.
  Select Yes in the Clean up transactions with status 'Error' field.
9. Define the category that is used to create project hour journal lines for ‘break time’ work order line transactions.
A 'break time' work order line transaction has the description 'Break time'. Such a transactions is created by registering break time in the DynaRent Mobile app.
  In the Break time category field, enter or select a value.
10. Define the category that is used to create project hour journal lines for ‘extra time’ work order line transactions.
An 'extra time' work order line transaction has the description 'Extra time'. Such a transactions is created by registering extra time in the DynaRent Mobile app.
  In the Extra time category field, enter or select a value.
11. Define the default work order template that is applied when a work order is created from the DynaRent Mobile app.
  In the Default work order template field, enter or select a value.
12. Define from which work order line status onwards:
- Assigned work order lines appear in the DynaRent Mobile app.
- Notifications are created and pushed to the DynaRent Mobile app.
A work order line appears in the app, or a notification is created and pushed to the app only from the defined trigger status. If the trigger status is:
- Planned, work order lines and notifications appear in the app for both planned and released work order lines.
- Released, work order lines and notifications appear in the app for released work order lines only.
  In the Work order line trigger status field, select an option.
