Set up the DynaRent Mobile app user as an employee in D365 FO.


Standard procedure

1. Go to Human resources > Workers > Employees.
2. Click New.
3. Fill in the fields as desired.
4. Click Hire and add details.
5. Sub-task: Set up contact information.
  5.1 Expand the Contact information section.
  5.2 Click Add.
  5.3 In the Description field, type a value.
  5.4 In the Type field, select 'Email address'.
  5.5 Enter the email address that the employee uses to log in to the DynaRent Mobile app.
  In the Contact number/address field, type a value.
6. Sub-task: Set default service warehouse.
  6.1 Expand the Setup section.
  6.2 You can define a service warehouse for the employee. This service warehouse is used as default warehouse if the employee registers a spare part on the DynaRent Mobile app.
  In the Service warehouse field, enter or select a value.
7. Close the page.
