Review or set up the process-related definitions that are available to the relevant solutions.

Architect Architect Set up flows Set up flows You can create a flow centrally and, at another time, assign it to a business process in the business processes hierarchy or use it as sub-flow in another flow. Procedure 1. Click Business process modeling. 2. Click Flows. 3. Click New to open the drop dialog. 4. In the Flow field, type a value. 5. Click OK. 6. Close the page. Notes You can only create a flow for an existing process. Set up activities Set up activities You can create an activity on the Activity page and later add it to a flow. Procedure 1. Click Business process modeling. 2. Click Activities. 3. Click New to open the drop dialog. 4. In the Activity field, type a value. 5. Click OK. 6. In the list, click the link in the selected row. 7. Close the page. Notes You can also copy an activity on the Activity page. Set up objects Set up objects An object is a data object, document or deliverable such as an item, invoice, physical document or product. An object can consist of other objects. For example, a sales order contains sales lines. Each object can have named attributes (fields). Objects can represent, for example, inputs and outputs of processes and activities, or the content of messages exchanged internally or externally. Objects are also used to relate application specific objects from different applications to each other. Procedure 1. Click Business process modeling. 2. Click Objects. 3. Click New. 4. In the Object field, type a value. 5. In the Reference field, type a value. 6. Click Save. 7. Close the page.
