Set up the trainees who will do a training.
You can set up a trainee in these ways:
- Based on a user in D365 FO.
- Based on a person in one of the RapidValue solutions in the current environment.
- Create a trainee.
A trainee can only do a training if a D365 FO user is linked.
The steps explain how to set up a trainee based on a user.
