If an exercise is linked to a flow, you can design the exercise based on the flow. 

On the flow diagram, you can click the activities to be included in the exercise.
You can also click a sub-flow to see the next level flow diagram to include sub-flow activities in the exercise.
A selected activity is added to the exercise as an exercise activity.
You can design an exercise both from the business process exercises and from the 'exercise library'. The steps explain how to design an exercise from the business process exercises.


Standard procedure

1. Click Business process training.
2. Click the Business processes tab.
3. In the tree, select 'a business process'.
4. Click Design.
5. Click the Business process exercises tab.
6. In the list, find and select the desired record.
7. Click Design.
8. You can define the prerequisites and preparation instructions for the exercise.
  Expand the Preparation section and enter the prerequisites and preparation instructions.
9. You can define the expected result of the exercise.
  Expand the Expected result section and enter the expected results.
10. You can define instructions on how to clean up the data when the exercise is done.
  Expand the Cleanup section and define the cleanup instructions.
11. On the Flow tab, on the shown flow, click the activities to be included in the exercise. Each clicked activity is added to the Exercise activities section.
 

Note: If the flow has a sub-flow, you can click it to add sub-flow activities to the exercise.
Click Back at the top of the Flow tab, to navigate back to the original flow.

12. Click OK.
13. Close the page.
