You can define a website to be stored in a local folder. This local folder must be available on the server on which D365 FO runs.
Before you publish the website, this folder must be manually created on the server. If you do not have access to this server, ask your administrator to create the folder.


Standard procedure

1. Click Business process file share.
2. Click Websites.
3. Click New.
4. In the Website field, type a value.
5. In the Storage field, select an option.
6. Define the path to the local folder to which the website must be published.
  In the Path field, type a value.
 

Note: Before you publish the website, this folder must be manually created on the server on which D365 FO runs. If you do not have access to this server, ask your administrator to create the folder.
Example: C:\Websites\RapidValue

7. Define the URL of the published website.
This can be a web address or a folder. If you use a folder as URL, use the defined path for this website and add '\Index.html ' to it.
  In the Website URL field, type a value.

Example: C:\Websites\RapidValue\Index.html

8. Enter a description of the website. This description is shown in the upper part of the title page of the website.
9. Close the page.
