When feedback is entered, it is automatically:
  • Related to the RapidValue entity on which the feedback is provided.
  • Assigned to the owner of this RapidValue entity.
You can manage the feedback on the RapidValue entities that you own.


Standard procedure

1. Click Business process modeling.
2. Click the My feedback tab.
3. In the list, find and select the desired record.
4. Click Edit.
5. You can change the status of the feedback.
  In the Status field, select an option.
6. You can open the RapidValue entity on which the feedback is provided and make changes to it, based on the feedback.
  Click View record.
7. Close the page.
8. Close the page.

Notes

  • If the owner of a record with feedback is changed, the owner on the feedback is changed accordingly.
  • You can view all feedback on the Business process management workspace, on the feedback tab. there, you can, for example, sort feedback by solution to view all feedback on a specific solution.
