You can apply text templates to new records. A text template is a default text that you can apply automatically or manually. You can use a text template in a formatted text field, usually a description or a note, of the defined RapidValue entity.
1. | Click Business process implementation. |
2. | Click the Requirements tab. |

Note: You can, in a similar way, apply text templates to other RapidValue entities with formatted text fields. |
3. | In the list, find and select the desired record. |
4. | Click Edit. |
5. | On the Action Pane, click Manage. |
6. | Click Apply text template. |
7. | In the list, find and select the desired record. |
8. | Click OK. |

Note: As a result, the selected text template is added to the related text field. If text exists in the text field, the text template is inserted above this text. |
9. | Close the page. |
