You can manually add the steps of a scenario to a procedure activity. You can link these steps to several relevant existing or new activities.

You can only manually enter procedure activity steps if no task recording is linked to the procedure activity.


Standard procedure

1. Click Business process modeling.
2. Click the Business processes tab.
3. Click Edit hierarchy.
4. In the tree, select 'a node of type Scenario with a procedure activity assigned'.
5. Click the Procedure tab.
6. On the Steps tab, click Add step and fill in the fields.
 

Note: As a result, the step is added to the defined procedure activity.
