Define the people that play a role in your solution. You are advised to use the standard Microsoft Dynamics persons. However, you can add persons that are specific for your solution. You can see persons as templates that you can use to simplify role assignments for actual persons in customer specific models.


Standard procedure

1. Click Business process modeling.
2. Click the People tab.
3. Click New.
4. In the Person field, type a value.
5. In the User ID field, enter or select a value.
6. In the Email address field, type a value.
7. Click Add skill.
8. In the list, mark the selected row.
9. In the Skill field, enter or select a value.
10. Click Save.
11. Close the page.

Notes

You can add an image of the person. To do so, on the Action pane, click Image -> Upload.
