When you have decided to not make the requested changes to a master record, mark the change request as Cancelled.


Standard procedure

1. Click Master data management - Operation.
2. Click the All change requests tab.
3. In the list, find and select the desired record.
4. Click Edit.
5. You can select another change request.
  In the Master record change requests section, in the list, find and select the desired record.
6. Click Change status.
7. Click Cancelled.
8. Close the page.
