Monitor project versions

You can monitor project versions in several ways:

  • On the Projects page, you can show the project version status, the project version history log, and the project version files.
  • You can open a Project version management page that shows all projects, project versions, and the current status.

Go to Connectivity studio > Common > Projects. 2. In the list, find and select the desired project. 3. On the Action Pane, click Deploy. 4. Sub-task: Show project version status. 5. Click Show status. 6. Sub-task: Show project version history log. 7. Click Show log. 8. Click Close. 9. Sub-task: Show project version files. 10. Click View stored files. 11. In the list, find and select the desired file. 12. Click Open File. 13. Click OK. 14. Click OK. 15. Close the page. Monitor project versions Monitor project versions To monitor project versions, you can open a Project version management page that shows:All projects.For each project, the latest version and the version in the current environment.For each selected project, the project version history log. Procedure 1. Go to Connectivity studio > Periodic > Version management > Project version management. Note: Opening this page can take a while. 2. To show the version history of a project, select the project. In the list, find and select the desired project. Note: In the Description pane, below the project list, the project version change log is shown. For each checked-in project version, the Description pane shows the: - Version number - Check-in date of the version. - User who checked in the version. - Environment from which the version is checked in. - The description that is entered during check-in. This can be, for example, a list of the changes made to the project version. End End
