Set the parameters that define the maximum allowed quantity and asset statuses that are used in the Anywhere for rental app.

Standard procedure

1. Click Mobility management.
2. Click Anywhere app parameters.
3. Click the Rental tab.
4. Expand the General section.
5. You can set the maximum item quantity that can be entered in the Anywhere for Rental app.
For example, you cannot pick a quantity higher than the defined maximum quantity.
In the Maximum allowed qty. in qty. field field, enter a number.
6. Sub-task: Define asset status settings.
6.1 You can define with which status objects can be picked or can be delivered from a rental shop.
For example, if you do not define the “In inspection” status here, an error message is shown if you scan an object with the “In inspection” status.
  Click New.

Note:

  • If you do not set up any allowed asset status for a combination of Rental application business process and Order type, all asset statuses are allowed.
  • If you set up allowed asset statuses for a combination of Rental application business process and Order type, you must at least add a record for the 'Assigned' status. This is required because a business object is assigned the moment it is placed on a line.

6.2 In the Rental application business process field, select an option.
6.3 In the Order type field, select an option.
6.4 In the Allowed asset status field, enter or select a value.
