Set up the product owners who are allowed to release products and approve changes made to products. You can set up a product owner that is linked to a user or a team of users. Only the product owners, as assigned to a product, can release the product.
Standard procedure

Go to Product engineering > Setup > Product owners. |

Click New. |
| 3. |
In the Product owner field, type a value. |
| 4. |
In the Name field, type a value. |
| 5. |
In the Members section, click Add. |
| 6. |
In the Worker field, enter or select a value. |
| 7. |
Add more members if you want. |
| 8. |
Close the page. |
