You can complete the tasks of a change notice. By doing so, you indicate in the workflow that the required changes from the change notice are applied and ready for review.

Note: The steps and user interface can differ in your version of PTC Windchill. This topic describes the manual procedure. For other ways to send change notices, consult your PTC Windchill partner.


Standard procedure


1. Log in to PTC Windchill.
2. Go to My Assignments > click the name of the selected assignment.

3. Click Complete Task.

Note: Before clicking Complete Task, the engineering work to apply the changes should be executed. How to change the part based on the change notice is not relevant in this topic, and left out.
