You can change the business object availability. If, for example  a business object is damaged then you can set its  availability to No.



Standard procedure

1. Go to Business objects > Business objects > All business objects.
2. In the list, find and select the desired record.
3. Click Change availability to open the drop dialog.
4. In the Reason code field, enter or select a value.
5. In the Reason code field, enter or select a value.
6. Click Change.
