To use data templates and transformations from another D365 FO environment, upload the data templates or transformations.

You can upload a:

• Compressed (zipped) folder that is created by a download from the Data templates and transformations page. The files in the compressed folder are extracted automatically and listed on the Upload templates dialog.
• Single file that is extracted from a compressed (zipped) folder that is downloaded from the Data templates and transformations page.

 

Standard procedure

1.	Go to Data templates and transformations.
2.	Click Upload.
3.	On the dialog, browse for and select the desired compressed (zipped) folder or single data template or transformation file.
	Click Upload.
	Note: If you select a compressed (zipped) folder with several data templates and transformations, all these data templates and transformations are considered for upload.
4.	If a data template or transformation: - Does not exist, it is created. - Already exists, you get a message to indicate if you want to overwrite it or not.
	Click the desired action: 'Yes' or 'No'.
