Usually, for a step of type:

  • Data entry, you create tab pages when you select data entry fields with the 'Select fields' function. When you submit your field selection, the created tab pages are added to the step.
  • Approval, you add tab groups by selecting the fields to be approved with the 'Select field groups' function. When you close the field group selection page, the tab pages for the selected field groups and fields are added to the step.

You can edit the tab pages for each step.


Standard procedure

1. Go to Data entry workflow > Design > Data entry workflow templates.
2. In the list, click the link of the desired data entry workflow template.
3. Click Edit.
4. In the Steps section, in the tree, select the desired tab page.
 

Note: Make sure the Steps section is in edit mode.

5. You can change the tab page name.
  In the Name field, type a value.
6. Sub-task: Use configurable label.
  6.1 For the tab page name, you can use a configurable label to be shown on the data entry workflow task dialog.
  Click Select.
  6.2 You can use an existing or a new configurable label.
To use a new configurable label, on the Labels dialog, first click New and fill in the fields.
  In the list, find and select the desired configurable label.
  6.3 Click Select.
