For messages and web service actions, you can use table events to track data changes. You can define, for each table, which table events are logged. The table events are logged in the data synchronization log. On processing the data synchronization log, based on the logged events, records are added to the outbound queue. On processing the outbound queue, for each record, the related message or web service action is run to export the applicable data.

This topic explains how to view the outbound queue.


Standard procedure

1. Click Connectivity studio Integration operations.
2. Sub-task: Monitor outbound queue records with error.
  2.1 Click the Outbound queue errors tab.
  2.2 By default, only the outbound queue records of the last seven days are shown. You can change or clear the filter on the 'Created date and time' field as desired.
  Open Created date and time column filter.
  2.3 You can view the details of an outbound queue record.
  In the list, click the link of the desired record.
  2.4 Close the page.
3. Sub-task: Monitor all outbound queue records.
  3.1 Click the Outbound queue tab.
  3.2 By default, only the outbound queue records of the last seven days are shown. You can change or clear the filter on the 'Created date and time' field as desired.

  3.3 You can view the details of an outbound queue record.
