If all errors and warnings of a staging journal are solved, accepted, or canceled, approve the staging journal. The staging journal is again validated according to the applicable journal validation setup. If the applicable validation rules are met, the staging journal status is set to Approved. Approved staging journal can be further processed by the message that imports the staging journal records into D365 FO.

Standard procedure

1.	Go to Connectivity studio > Common > Staging > Staging Journals.
2.	In the list, click the link of the desired journal type.
3.	In the left pane, in the list, find and select the desired journal.
4.	Click Edit.
5.	You can approve a record in the staging journal.
	On the Data tab, in the list, find and select the desired record.
6.	If validation errors are solved for a record, you can approve the record.
	In the Approved field, select 'Approved'.
7.	You can approve the staging journal if all validation errors on the records are solved and the status of the records is Approved, Accepted, or Cancelled.
	In the Journal status field, select 'Approved'.
8.	Close the page.
9.	Close the page.
