If the document is linked to a message, you can clean up the fields. All fields that are not used in the message mapping are shown on a separate page. You can decide which of the unused fields you want to delete from the document.

All messages to which the document is linked are checked. Only the fields are shown as unused that are not used in any of the field mappings of the related messages.
You can use this, for example, if you have initialized the record or fields and all found fields are added to the document records.


Standard procedure

1. Click Connectivity studio Integration Design.
2. Click the Documents tab.
3. In the list, find and select the desired document.
4. Click Edit.
5. In the Record section, in the list, find and select the desired record.
6. on the Fields tab, click Unused fields.
7. A form opens that shows the fields that are not used in the field mappings of the related massages.
You can select the unused fields that you want to delete from the document.
  In the list, find and select the desired unused fields.
8. Click Delete.
9. Click Yes.
10. Close the page.
11. Close the page.
