Translate labels

In Anywhere mobility studio, you can translate labels from these sources:

  • Anywhere mobility studio application.
  • Dynamics 356 for Finance and Operations label file.

Translate label file Translate label file In Anywhere mobility studio, you can translate the labels of a Dynamics 356 for Finance and Operations label file.Before you translate a label file, get the to-be-translated label file from Visual Studio and store it in a folder. Procedure 1. Click Mobility design. 2. Click Translate label file. 3. In the Translation API provider field, enter or select a value. 4. Click Browse to find and select the to-be-translated label file that you have stored in a folder. 5. Click Upload. Note: - As a result, the label file is uploaded to the Mobility sharing workspace, to the Label files tab. - The label file language is automatically detected. 6. In the Target language field, select an option. 7. Click OK. Note: When a label file is translated, the label file for the target language is stored on the Mobility sharing workspace, on the Label files tab. Translate application labels Translate application labels In Anywhere mobility studio, you can translate labels from an Anywhere mobility studio application.By default, all labels of the application with the same source language are translated. You can use several settings to limit the set of labels to be translated.When the labels are translated, the label translations for the target language are saved to the Labels table. Procedure 1. Click Mobility design. 2. On the Application tab, click Edit. 3. Click the Labels tab. 4. Click Translate. 5. In the Application field, enter or select a value. 6. Select No in the All devices field. 7. In the Device type field, enter or select a value. Note: This field is only available if the All devices field is set to Yes. 8. In the Language field, enter or select a value. 9. Select Yes in the Override existing field. 10. In the Translation API provider field, enter or select a value. 11. In the Language field, enter or select the target language. 12. Click OK. Deploy translated labels Deploy translated labels You can make a translated label file available on any Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations environment.This topic explains how to download the label file. When it is downloaded, add the label file to the relevant Visual Studio project. Procedure 1. Click Mobility sharing. 2. Click the Label files tab. 3.
