If you want to change a part of the current work breakdown structure of the project, select this part and add it to the work breakdown structure of the project change order. Please note that to use the project change order function, the project must have originated as a project quotation using the Advanced WBS.


Standard procedure

1. Go to Project management and accounting > Project change orders > All project change orders.
2. Click New.
3. In the Project ID field, enter or select a value.
4. Click OK.
5. Click Advanced WBS.
6. Click Select activities.
7. Select the Select check box.
8. Click Save & Close.

Notes

If you use a project change order to apply a price indexation to a project, make sure the whole WBS or the applicable subproject is selected and added to the project change order WBS.
